Hello,
Welcome to my Page. I have created this blog to share my journey and experiences with information technology. This page is informational for anyone who is curious. The goal is to create a spot where everyone can be a part of watching my educational journey and communicate easily. Hopefully you enjoy this experience as much as I have thus far.
If you are here you already know that my name is Brooke Stanford. I currently reside in Colorado. I am a mother to two beautiful children, A daughter (17 years old) and a Son (4 years old). I am mostly a home body, but I do enjoy going on spontaneous road trips with my family, trying out new local restaurants, and occasionally going for hikes with my better half.
I am currently an Instrumentation and Electrical Supervisor for a federal contractor. I have an AAS in Electronic Computer Technology but would like to further my education and obtain a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
The goal is to obtain a remote position once I have received my Bachelors in Information Technology. I hope this career path will allow me more time at home to spend with my children.  I still haven't decided which direction I ultimately want to take, such as programming or cybersecurity. It all sounds interesting.

  The technical topic I chose is programming language. I find the topic to be fascinating as it is constantly evolving. "Computers originated from telephone switches in the early 1900s.
